Web: http://www.taverners-koans.com/ratbastards/rabidtransit.html) Rabid Transit is an excellent chapbook collection of short fiction. Each piece includes some twist, which I'm always a sucker for. Dramatic, comedic, conspiracy, and just uncatagorizable. "Wally's Porn" by Victoria Elizabeth Garcia is a look into a boy's trouble pleasing women. "The Headline Trick" by Douglas Lain unfolds a little mystery and a little pain. "Braiding" by David J. Hoffman-Dachelet looks at a relationship in a new way. "joanierules.bloggermax.com" by Nick Mamatas is a pun on modern life and history that never leaves character. "Gramercy Park" by Haddayr Copley-Woods is a beautifully sad tale of a forgotten girl.
