The package for this "issue" of Shot by a Raygun contains a thick deck of cards and rules for playing "Bamboozle", a game of his own design. Each card has a wacky Billy McKay drawing on it and the deck even comes shrinkwrapped! It's a nice production and I think it'd make a great gift for kids.
