	Saturday, September 13, 2003 < comics/x > THE MASTERPLAN Review by Mark Campos (Top Shelf Productions, www.topshelfcomix.com) This year's story brick from the prolific Scott Mills is an SF adventure that spans 18,000,000,042,058 years and 306 pages: an adventure involving a planet-bending scientist, his priest brother, and his ex-wife who hates him. The story flashes by without much development, and Scott's minimalist art dances itself pretty thin at times. Some interesting ideas are left in the dust.
